To All,
The Praise Celebration was a awesome night of Praise and Worship. We had a total of 3 participants to lead in worship to the Lord. For those who were present, it was a glorious night of victory for Jesus. For those who could not attend, here is a rundown of the nights events:
We started the night in prayer with all the participants of the Celebration. We had all the leaders of the groups pray over the night. At 6:30 PM, co-founder Roger Bolduk started the night off by explaining our mission and introducing the first group which was the Lighthouse's own group Prayz. They provided the first set of music. They provided wonderful singing and readied the church to accept the praise and worship for the rest of the night.. They had a full sound with only a few people and wonderful harmony..
The second artist of the night was CCA's own Mary Shuttleworth. With her pure, melodious voice, she sang the church into heavy thinking about their own selves and where they are with the Lord. Her singing was one with the Spirit..
The next group to perform was the band and praise team from Norwich Assembly of God, Norwich, Ct. This group is not a stranger to worship. Bring the whole night together is a hard task for any group but not for this one. They not only can uplift you with energetic songs but they can bring you almost to tears with the talent that God has given them as they enter into a state of Worship. I was drawn to tears by the end of the night.
CCA was so blessed to have entered into another region of the state and bring to it God's praises. I pray that the event that starts revival in this area is one of ours.
Keep praying that we have a bigger and better one next time. Oh, by the way, we are looking for a place to hold our next Praise Celebration.Do you know where we could have it?
